Packing a bra is easier when you decide which pieces need shape protection. A soft, flexible bra can usually lie flat. A structured cup deserves a little more care so it does not arrive creased beneath shoes or toiletries.
Pack Around the Cup Shape
For molded or structured cups, nest one cup into the other if the style allows, then place soft socks or underwear inside the outer cup. Use light items only. The purpose is to support the shape, not stretch the fabric.

Keep Heavy Items Away
Shoes, toiletries, and chargers should not sit on top of cups. Put bras near the top or along a protected side of the suitcase, with folded clothing around them as a buffer.
Pack for the Outfits You Planned
Choose bras after you choose the tops and dresses in your travel capsule. That avoids carrying several almost-identical styles and still leaves you with the coverage each neckline needs.

Unpack Soon After You Arrive
Take structured bras out of a tightly packed bag when you reach your hotel. Let them rest flat in a drawer or on a shelf. If a cup has been compressed, avoid forcing it back into shape with heat.

The aim is simple: protect the parts that give the bra its shape and keep your suitcase organized enough that you can find the right option without a last-minute scramble.
Separate Soft and Structured Styles
Soft wireless styles can often be folded lightly or stored in a lingerie pouch. Molded cups need more space and should not be sharply folded. Packing them by construction keeps you from treating every bra as though it needs the same protection.
A Quick Packing Checklist
Before you close the suitcase, make sure cups are supported, heavy items are elsewhere, and you have a style for every neckline in the bag. That small check prevents crushed cups and reduces last-minute packing.
